Converse - No need to expedite.... you will waste your money
Place the order on-line for a pair of Converse Hi for a fair price. Was interested in an accelerated shipment but alas.
Two day shipment became a week and got the wrong color for a disappointed birthday girl...
No customer service on the 800 number.
Not sure how to handle the return after reading the blog.
Maybe a trip down to Nashville would be easier...
The concept of web marketing with new product line is great if the service and delivery matches the expectation of the customer.
