I waited in line for 20 minutes to purchase a shoe. It tells you make to make the purchase quickly so thats exactly what I did took me less than 1 minute. It would not take the payment for 5 minutes and I never got my purchase. By the time I got customer service on the line the shoe was sold out. Please fix this issue. Waste of my time to wait 20 minutes and not be able to make my purchase. I will not ever use this site again

Wrong shoes delivered

I ordered a pair of black high top converse for my daughter for Christmas/birthday and when she opened the box it had two different shoes in the box. I size 6.5 and the other 7.5. She was totally bummed because these are the shoes she really wanted and now she cant even wear them. I would either like my money back or the right pair sent please. I dont like seeing my daughter upset and this is what happened.

I ordered a pair of grey chuck all star sneakers through Converse website on 16/06/2023 . During the payment process my money got debited but my order was not placed.

I don't know what is the reason behind this issue. I complained the same day and I'm sending email to the company on a regular basis, all i get is deadline from them . Till now every deadlines has been crossed but there is no such action taken from their side . This is pathetic.

4299 is a huge amount and the company is taking no response from their side.

It's high time i want my query to be resolved soon. Please look into my problem , I am a student and the amount for me is a lot please understand this and please refund my money as soon as possible.

Bought some pair of converse, they were used twice and they came apart from the sides. Tried to go to the store to exchange and was told they couldnt do anything without a receipt. Receipt was disposed of after trying on shoes and making sure they fit. Called customer service and both times they hung up!

Out dated, SLOW

The customer service rep was very nice and helpful. He sounded like he was in a cave and difficult to hear.

The issue is not resolved.

Converse received my order on January 18th, processed it on the 19th, and today is January 26th.

I was told it would probably be 5 more business days at the minimum before I received my refund.

That means 7 more days- a week from today.

You received my return on the 18th and I was told I wouldnt receive my refund till the February 2nd at the earliest. Im not sure exactly why it would take 15-16 days minimum to process such.

Ohhhhh, and get this!

I returned the package just as I received it, I never even opened it.
