I sent back a pair for exchange. Tracking number shows it was delivered to Converse on January 8, 2016.
No new pair has been sent to me as of today January 25. I sent an e-mail to Customer service a week ago, no response. Left a voicemail much earlier today, no response. Trying to use Live Chat.
3 customers ahead of me estimated wait time 17 min.
Then 2 ahead of me, estimated wait time 15 min, then one ahead of me, 13 min average estimated. Still waiting......I will never use them again.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of converse shoes. Converse needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
